Allied Security Limited will pay the funeral expenses for the two officers who were killed on the job on Monday.
This was confirmed by a family member who spoke with Guardian Media on Thursday, but a date for when the funerals will take place has not been confirmed as they wait for family members abroad to arrive.
On Monday, while on duty at Pennywise Plaza in La Romain, officers Jeffery Peters, 51, and Jerry Stuart, 49, were murdered by bandits who robbed the vehicle they were transporting money in.
Woman security officer Peola Baptiste was also shot and is currently hospitalised in a critical condition.
Moments after the robbery, police killed four of the bandits all in their 20s.
Two others were captured by police the following day and are in their early 30s. The deceased have been identified as Kyle and Keyon Ramdhan, De Aundre Montrose and Greg Dodough all from Fyzabad.
The suspects in police custody are from Arouca.
They were held with two AR-15s. Bulletproof vests and combat boots were also found in the bandits' possession.
All of the money was recovered in 17 packets as the bandits only got away with bags of cheques.
Stuart left behind a wife and two children and Petres will be survived by his three children.
On Tuesday relatives of Baptiste asked for blood for the injured officer but by Wednesday she had suffered a stroke and was taken to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Since the incident condolences have been pouring into their colleagues and loved ones who remain in shock over the security officers' deaths.
"Somebody wake me from this nightmare,” Constable at Allied Security Limited George Williams said.
"I can't say nothing bad about him...I'm out of words I don't know what to say again," Stuart's cousin Royal Princess wrote.
Guardian Media understands that members of the Human Resource department visited family members on Thursday.
