ANSA McAL Lim­it­ed said it was pleased to sup­port Al­li­son Bernard (Em­press Aje) in a con­cert for women ti­tled IBA III – “The En­light­en­ment,” re­cent­ly held at the Na­pari­ma Bowl Am­phithe­atre, San Fer­nan­do.

In a me­dia re­lease, ANSA McAL said, "Com­ing from hum­ble be­gin­nings, Em­press Aje is a gift­ed writer and all-round per­for­mance artiste who wears the hat of Writer, Com­pos­er, Vo­cal­ist, Talk Show Pro­duc­er as well as a pro­fes­sion­al dancer with Wasafoli West African Dance Com­pa­ny."

ANSA McAL said it was ho­n­oured to spon­sor the dancers from the Ch­agua­nas Women’s Youth Group who par­tic­i­pat­ed in the con­cert and as­sist­ed with ac­com­mo­da­tion for artistes at the

Trade Winds Ho­tel, San Fer­nan­do.

The con­cert, a trib­ute to women of all ilk’s, up­lift­ed the cre­ative con­tri­bu­tions of Caribbean women across all gen­er­a­tions and ho­n­oured their ge­nius, di­ver­si­ty, and strength.
