ANSA Mer­chant Bank re­cent­ly recog­nised the ef­forts of all Pe­tro­le­um man­age­ment teams and state en­ter­pris­es teams with­in the Min­istry of En­er­gy and En­er­gy In­dus­tries by de­liv­er­ing a batch of hand sani­tis­ers to min­istry rep­re­sen­ta­tives.

Per­ma­nent Sec­re­tary Pene­lope Brad­shaw Niles not­ed that the min­istry’s pe­tro­le­um in­spec­tors have been on the front­line pro­vid­ing an es­sen­tial ser­vice to the na­tion dur­ing the COVID-19 pan­dem­ic. As such, she said the hand sani­tis­ers will go a long way in sup­port­ing their nec­es­sary in­ter­ac­tion with all en­er­gy stake­hold­ers. She al­so thanked the bank for the ges­ture.

ANSA Mer­chant Bank man­ag­ing di­rec­tor Gre­go­ry Hill said the bank was pleased to pro­vide a mea­sure of hy­gien­ic pro­tec­tion to the min­istry and all cit­i­zens whose jobs en­tail pub­lic in­ter­ac­tion. “We re­main com­mit­ted to sup­port­ing the health and safe­ty of all cit­i­zens dur­ing this un­cer­tain time of the pan­dem­ic as part of our cor­po­rate so­cial re­spon­si­bil­i­ty, in ad­di­tion to pro­vid­ing unique so­lu­tions to all our clients and stake­hold­ers to al­le­vi­ate the fi­nan­cial fall-out of the pan­dem­ic.”

The hand sani­tis­er is man­u­fac­tured by Carib Brew­ery and has been dis­trib­uted by the ANSA McAL Group dur­ing the pan­dem­ic pe­ri­od.
