The new Sangre Grande Campus is on track to open in mid-April according to UDECOTT.
Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh and UDECOTT officials toured the new facility with MP for Toco/ Sangre Grande Roger Munroe and MP for Cumuto / Manzanilla Dr Rai Ragbir today.
According to a release by UDECOTT, "MP Ragbir was visibly impressed with the X-Ray technology and stated that the facility is comparable with what is offered in first world countries. Minister Deyalsingh thanked all present for their continued hard work towards the completion of this milestone project."
The ERHA will host two Town Hall Meetings in the counties of St. Andrew/St. David and Nariva/Mayaro closer to the planned opening of the facility. Public tours post the formal opening have been planned for over a four-week period.
The ERHA also embarked on a series of career fairs with COSTATT AND UTT to help with the demand for staff for the new hospital.
