The attorney for Hannah Mathura's father, Andrew, says she will apply for bail for her client in the coming weeks, as his health continues to deteriorate in prison.
According to Tahira Davis Gibson-Sobers, 65-year-old Andrew Mathura’s high blood pressure diagnosis has worsened, and the children are worried they may lose him too.
He and his late wife Alana were arrested and charged with the murder of their 18-year-old daughter, Hannah, earlier this year.
Alana Mathura died in prison in October.
