Po­lice are seek­ing the ur­gent as­sis­tance of the pub­lic in lo­cat­ing 20-year-old, Is­rael Isaac Ox­ley.

Ox­ley, of Up­per 7th Av­enue, Mal­ick, Barataria, was last seen at 5 pm on Mon­day.

He was re­port­ed miss­ing to the Mor­vant Po­lice Sta­tion the same day.

Ox­ley is of African de­scent, brown in com­plex­ion, six feet tall, with a slim build.

He has a low hair­cut and a short beard.
