The life­less body of 71-year-old pen­sion­er Charles Watts was pulled from a drain along Park Street, Mara­bel­la af­ter mid­day on Sat­ur­day. Watts, a res­i­dent of Gopaul Lands, Mara­bel­la, was known for his dai­ly runs along Park Street, rel­a­tives said.
