A 28-year old man killed in Cocorite had been identified as Kzyz James.
He was killed following a drive-by shooting at Water Hole near his fruit stall.
Residents said that around 11 am a White AD wagon was seen in the area.
Occupants in the car opened fire upon James.
He was attempted to flee the gunfire, but was eventually felled by the bullets.
He died on the scene.
His relatives believe he was targeted due to gang violence between Rasta City and the Muslim gangs.
James was a Muslim.
