With just two days to go be­fore To­ba­go Car­ni­val, ho­tel and guest house oc­cu­pan­cy is es­ti­mat­ed to be ap­prox­i­mate­ly 80 per cent.

This lat­est fig­ure comes from Chris James, Pres­i­dent of the To­ba­go Ho­tel and Tourism As­so­ci­a­tion.

Last week James had called for in­creased flightS on the air bridge to fa­cil­i­tate Trinida­di­ans want­i­ng to be part of the fes­tiv­i­ties.

Caribbean Air­lines has since added over 19, 000 ex­tra seats for the Car­ni­val pe­ri­od.

To­ba­go Car­ni­val runs from Oc­to­ber 28 to 30.
