Six­ty-year-old Orville Ash­ley Rishards of Mendez Vil­lage, Siparia was last seen around 1:00 pm on June 12th and was re­port­ed miss­ing to the Siparia Po­lice Sta­tion the fol­low­ing day. 

Orville is of African de­scent, ap­prox­i­mate­ly six feet, two inch­es tall, with a medi­um build and is light brown in com­plex­ion. He has a short hair­cut and is clean-shaven with no scars or tat­toos. Orville was last seen wear­ing a pair of three-quar­ter length pants, with a white ‘V’ necked t-shirt and a pair of black, rub­ber gar­den boots.
