Man­ches­ter City has won a record fourth Eng­lish Pre­mier League (EPL) ti­tle af­ter de­feat­ing West Ham Unit­ed in the fi­nal game of the sea­son 3-1.

Ar­se­nal, who were their clos­est ri­vals this sea­son, fin­ished sec­ond af­ter beat­ing Ever­ton 2-1.

The Gun­ners start­ed the day need­ing a vic­to­ry and Man­ches­ter City to drop points against West Ham. They start­ed the fi­nal game of the sea­son two points be­hind the de­fend­ing cham­pi­ons.

Man­ches­ter City fin­ished the sea­son with 91 points while Ar­se­nal fin­ished with 90 points.
