The family of the missing Biche man suspect foul play in his death.
Francis de Leon had been missing for the past three weeks.
De Leon, 69, who lived alone, was last seen alive about three weeks ago and his bicycle was found near the Tambuletey River Bridge four days ago.
De Leon’s body was found yesterday by the Hunters Search and Rescue Team, Forestry Division Officers and his brother, Augustine De Leon.
The body was found about 300 feet, lying on some logs in Tambuletey River, Biche.
The search yesterday was led by Ren Gopeesingh and Vallence Rambharat along with relatives, friends and neighbours who had been searching in the area where he lived at La Salle Road, Biche
ASP Ravenales, Inspector Sanjeev Ramkaran and Inspector are continuing investigations
