Jo­evon is of mixed de­scent, 5 feet tall with a slim build, dark com­plex­ion, brown eyes, black hair with corn­rows, mous­tache and a small goa­tee.
He was last seen wear­ing a brown jer­sey, and kha­ki three-quar­ter pants and black Huarache Nike sneak­ers.
