Lopinot Bon Air West MP Marvin Gonzales and D' Abadie O' Meara MP Lisa Morris Julian visited the home of Teresa Lynch who was swept away in flood waters yesterday.
Lynch of La Pastora had been crossing a ravine with her brother William Ramlogan when she slipped and fell into the waters.
Gonzales said Lynch who lives in a constituency neighbouring his, has Lopinot roots. The family is being supported by him and Morris Julian as the search for Lynch continued.
Gonzales prayed with the family including Lynch's father.
With rain continuing all night in some places, Government said earlier this morning the Rural Development and Local Ministry would have been receiving updates throughout the night from the Disaster Management Units and an update would be given.
The RDLG Ministry had warned yesterday that runoff of water is affected by high tide which was due at 1.30 PM yesterday.
