In the Cen­tral Di­vi­sion po­lice ar­rest­ed a 22-year-old man for pos­ses­sion of a shot­gun and three 12-gauge car­tridges. A 27-year-old man was al­so ar­rest­ed dur­ing the ex­er­cise for Breach of Pro­tec­tion Or­der and 10 tick­ets were is­sued for var­i­ous traf­fic of­fences.

In the Freeport dis­trict be­tween 2 am and 6 am yes­ter­day. An 18-year-old Cou­va man was al­so ar­rest­ed for Pos­ses­sion of Am­mu­ni­tion in an­oth­er ex­er­cise in the Cou­va Dis­trict that was con­duct­ed be­tween 9 am and 11 am yes­ter­day.

Of­fi­cers of the North East­ern Di­vi­sion con­duct­ed an ex­er­cise be­tween 11 am and 8 pm yes­ter­day in the San­ta Cruz and San Juan Dis­tricts. Two per­sons were ar­rest­ed for Pos­ses­sion of Mar­i­jua­na for the Pur­pose of Traf­fick­ing be­ing with­in 500 me­tres of a school. Known drug blocks were al­so tar­get­ed dur­ing the ex­er­cise lead­ing of­fi­cers to al­leged­ly find 474.6 grammes of mar­i­jua­na dur­ing a search of a bushy area at Mt. Hope Road and Shende Street, Sun­shine Av­enue, San Juan. No one was ar­rest­ed in con­nec­tion with the find. Of­fi­cers al­so re­cov­ered a stolen ve­hi­cle dur­ing a sep­a­rate ex­er­cise in the Mal­ick area.

There were two ar­rests in North-Cen­tral Di­vi­sion re­lat­ed to shoot­ing en­quiries. Two stolen ve­hi­cles were re­cov­ered in the North­ern Di­vi­sion.
