The Property Business Registration System online search facility of the Registrar General's Department's Land Registry’s services has been restored to service and is operational.
According to a press release from the office of the Attorney General, the Registrar General Department’s Head Office will open tomorrow after being closed for an unrelated building issue.

Further to our media release issued on October 28, 2022, The Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Legal Affairs (AGLA) is pleased to inform the public that the Property Business Registration System (PBRS) online search facility of the Registrar General's Department's (RGD) Land Registry’s services has been restored to service and is operational.
AGLA takes the opportunity to salute and recognize the team of experts led by the Director of Information and Communications Technology, Mr. Roger Sealy, for their unwavering support and diligent work in making the restoration process a success. We take the opportunity also to address the unavoidable closure on October 31, 2022 of the Registrar General Department’s Head Office, at the AGLA Tower, Government Plaza, Corner London and Richmond Streets, Port of Spain caused by an unrelated building issue.
Customers are reminded that the Head Office will reopen tomorrow, November 2, 2022 for public access. In the meanwhile, we are happy to advise that all RGD Services can be accessed online via the AGLA’s website at www.agla.gov.tt and in-person at the San Fernando and Arima sub-office
