Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley will travel to Barbados for a private trip today, Friday 1 November 2024. Mrs Sharon Rowley will accompany the Prime Minister.
In a media release, the Office of the Prime Minister said that Minister of Energy and Energy Industries and Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, Stuart Young MP, will act as Prime Minister until Dr Rowley's return.
The release did not give any details of the trip or the length of time the Prime Minister will be out of the country.
