Scotiabank will temporarily reopen all of its branches during the busy month end period. From June 1, 2021, all locations, with the exception of the Cunupia Sales Centre will open to accommodate Government pensions and grants and other transactions as detailed below. As we continue to meet your needs during these challenging times, we will temporarily reopen all our branches to serve you during the busy month end period.
From June 1, 2021, all our locations, with the exception of the Cunupia Sales Centre will open to help accommodate Government pensions and grants and other transactions as detailed below. Banking hours.
All Branches are open from 8am – 2pm, Monday to Friday, except Mall Branches (Diego Martin, Trincity, Maraval, Price Plaza and Lowlands) which open 9am – 3pm.
At all branches, the first hour remains dedicated to serving the elderly and persons with disabilities. Come in only if necessary. Please remember that over the counter services in our branches have been reduced until further notice.
All transactions that can be completed at our ATMs, using Scotia OnLine Banking and the Scotia Caribbean App will not be facilitated over the counter. If you need to come in to our branches for services not yet available via our Digital Banking channels, your wait times may be longer than normal.

Wire transfers
Loan services
Purchase of drafts
If you need to come in to our branches for services not yet available via our Digital Banking channels, your wait times may be longer than normal. At our branches, we have taken proactive measures to help keep our employees safe as well as to minimize contact and slow the spread of the virus, reducing our frontline team’s exposure by 50%.
