Still no sign of CEPEP worker feared drowned at Maracas Bay

Mem­bers of the Trinidad and To­ba­go Coast Guard, along with the Hunters Search and Res­cue team, con­tin­ued their search for 18-year-old Ja­da Nathalia Wil­son along the coast of Mara­cas and Tyri­co Bay yes­ter­day.

Wil­son, of Lovell Street, Monte Grande, Tu­na­puna, a CEPEP em­ploy­ee, re­port­ed­ly dis­ap­peared un­der the wa­ter sur­face while bathing at Tyri­co Bay on Tues­day evening.

Ac­cord­ing to re­ports by po­lice to Guardian Me­dia, it is re­port­ed that the in­ci­dent hap­pened around 4.30 pm.

Po­lice were told Wil­son went to the beach with a 31-year-old male friend who was al­so in the wa­ter with her when she dis­ap­peared.

Of­fi­cials said she is sus­pect­ed to have drowned.
