Pundit Balliram Persad, the principal of Swaha Tulsi Manas Primary School in Coal Mine, Sangre Grande, advised the class of 2024 during his address at their graduation ceremony on Friday, to remember the values taught at the school.

He called on them to show kindness, love and respect; speak the truth, stay focused, and most importantly, continue to be disciplined boys and girls when they enter high school as ambassadors of the Swaha Tulsi Manas school.

Persad asked the pupils, “Do you know how to run? Then run away from bad company.” He advised them to always choose the right friends.
