An in­ves­ti­ga­tion in­to lar­ce­ny of stolen items from a house in Va­len­cia led to the ar­rest of two men from Cara­po, Ari­ma and the re­cov­ery of all stolen items worth $10,500.

Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, based on in­for­ma­tion ob­tained, a joint op­er­a­tion was con­duct­ed with of­fi­cers go­ing to Race Course Road in Cara­po, where the stolen items—which in­clude a gas pow­er wash­er val­ued $2200, a Yon­jia Mist Blow­er val­ued $2500, and two sub­mersible wa­ter pumps val­ued $4000, along with a Karcher pow­er wash­er val­ued at $1800—were re­cov­ered.

All items re­cov­ered by the po­lice were iden­ti­fied by the vic­tim.

Two men ages 20 and 24 years were ar­rest­ed.  Both men are to ap­pear vir­tu­al­ly be­fore a mag­is­trate in the San­gre Grande Court on Mon­day.

Po­lice re­port­ed around 5:00 pm on Thurs­day, the vic­tim—25-year-old An­to­nio Ram­cha­ran of East­ern Main Road, Va­len­cia—left a shed with tools and equip­ment be­hind his home. The vic­tim re­turned to the shed around 10:00 am on Fri­day and dis­cov­ered the items miss­ing. He al­so dis­cov­ered a hole cut in the wire fence sur­round­ing the prop­er­ty.

Ram­cha­ran said he gave no one per­mis­sion to take or re­move the items.

He went to the Va­len­cia Po­lice Post where he made a re­port. 

Ag. Cpl Khan and PC Black­burn vis­it­ed the scene, made ob­ser­va­tions, in­ter­viewed per­sons and ob­tained use­ful in­for­ma­tion.

Crime scene per­son­nel WPC Jones and PC Nan­coo vis­it­ed and processed the scene.
