Two men were ar­rest­ed in Diego Mar­tin dur­ing a po­lice ex­er­cise in the West­ern Di­vi­sion. One of the men was ar­rest­ed for mar­i­jua­na pos­ses­sion and the oth­er for pos­ses­sion of cam­ou­flage cloth­ing.

Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, El­isha Choung, 25, of Dil­lon Street, Diego Mar­tin, was ar­rest­ed and charged with pos­ses­sion of 88 grammes of mar­i­jua­na. The charge was laid by PC Roberts.

Ha­keem Bak­er, aka Peng, 23, of An­drew Trace, Diego Mar­tin, was al­so ar­rest­ed and charged for pos­ses­sion of cam­ou­flage cloth­ing.

He was ob­served wear­ing a cam­ou­flage t-shirt while at the Riv­er Es­tate bas­ket­ball court. The charge was laid by PC Gen­ty. On Sat­ur­day 21st Au­gust, of­fi­cers of the West­ern Di­vi­sion Task Force, con­duct­ed an ex­er­cise be­tween 10 am and 2 pm. Dur­ing the ex­er­cise, both men were ar­rest­ed and charged for the of­fences. The ex­er­cise was spear­head­ed by Ag. Sgt Car­mona and su­per­vised by Ag. Cpl Do­minique.
