The Min­istry of Na­tion­al Se­cu­ri­ty has ex­tend­ed the Work Per­mit Ex­emp­tion grant­ed to Venezue­lan Na­tion­als in Trinidad and To­ba­go un­til De­cem­ber 31, 2025. 

In a state­ment to­day, the min­istry said in the com­ing weeks a list of ap­proved Min­is­ter’s Per­mits num­bers will be post­ed in tranch­es to its web­site and so­cial me­dia pages, in­di­cat­ing when peo­ple hold­ing those work per­mit num­bers must vis­it the rel­e­vant im­mi­gra­tion of­fice to col­lect their new per­mits and up­date their reg­is­tra­tion cards. 

The re­lease al­so stat­ed that fur­ther in­for­ma­tion on the col­lec­tion re­quire­ments and process will be out­lined to reg­is­trants in a sub­se­quent me­dia re­lease.
