Some 675 athletes from 48 athletic clubs and schools across the country are registered to compete at this year's National Association of Athletics Administration of T&T (NAAATT) National Juvenile Track and Field Championships at the Hasely Crawford Stadium, Mucurapo, Port-of-Spain today and tomorrow.

The youngsters will compete in 52 events in the Under-9, U-11 and U-13 age divisions.

Leading the way are the top athletes from the National Primary Schools Champs on May 28-Gloria Henry and Jeremiah Hector.

Henry won the girls' U-13 400 metres, long jump and high jump events representing Signal Hill Government while Hector of Scarborough RC was victorious in the boys' U-13 high and long jumps and second in the 400m.
