United States Major League Soccer (MLS) 2024 SuperDraft top picks, Tyrese Spicer of Toronto FC and Wayne Frederick II of Colorado Rapids, and the teenaged duo of Lindell Sween of Caledonia FC and Rio Cardines of Crystal Palace, both members of the national Under-20 team, have been named in T&T coach Angus Eve's provisional squad of 60 players for the Concacaf Nations League play-in match against Canada.
The Eve-coached Soca Warriors will clash with the Canadians at the Toyota Stadium, Frisco, Texas, USA on March 24 with the winner advancing to Copa America Group A series alongside World Cup champions and 15-time South American winners Argentina, two-time champions Peru and Chile, also a twice-time winners.
