The Li­cens­ing of­fice lo­cat­ed at Wright­son Road, Port-of-Spain is back open on Thurs­day af­ter be­ing closed for the last two days.

The Min­istry of Works and Trans­port ad­vised in a state­ment that the Port-of-Spain Li­cens­ing Of­fice will re­sume reg­u­lar busi­ness op­er­a­tions and will op­er­ate with­in reg­u­lar hours 8 am to 4 pm.

The of­fice was closed on Tues­day to fa­cil­i­tate on­go­ing main­te­nance work at the fa­cil­i­ty.

Work­ers at the Li­cens­ing of­fice com­plained in the re­cent past that they were be­ing af­fect­ed by a sew­er prob­lem.

The Min­istry of Works and Trans­port thanked the gen­er­al pub­lic for its pa­tience and un­der­stand­ing dur­ing the pe­ri­od of in­con­ve­nience.
