The Arthur family of Delaford, Tobago is grieving the death of 24-year-old Justin Arthur who drowned at the Argyle Waterfall on Tuesday.
Arthur was at the time touring the island with his girlfriend to celebrate their first anniversary.
He resided in England and came to Tobago for the funeral of his aunt Teresa Alleyne-Adams and her husband Christian Adams on June 1.
The couple perished in a vehicular accident on May 18.
Justin's cousin Shanyaih Best told Guardian Media Limited that he (Justin) was close to Teresa.
