Of­fi­cers of the Cou­va Po­lice are ac­tive­ly search­ing for 58-year old Clifton Sci­pio. Sci­pio was last seen at his Phoenix Park Road, Cal­i­for­nia home at 6.00 am on Jan­u­ary 5th. He was re­port­ed miss­ing at 7.00 pm on Jan­u­ary 13th.

Sci­pio is of African de­scent, 5 feet, 5 inch­es tall, medi­um build, brown com­plex­ion short hair­style. He was last seen wear­ing a blue and red jer­sey, brown long pants with brown shoes and a black hat.
