Massy Stores lo­cat­ed in West, East, South and Cen­tral Trinidad are open for busi­ness, this morn­ing, and the com­pa­ny ex­pects to be able to open even more stores dur­ing the course of to­day.

How­ev­er, the Massy Card sys­tem is still not ful­ly op­er­a­tional, and curb­side and de­liv­ery ser­vices are not yet avail­able.

“We thank you for your sup­port and pa­tience at this time and look for­ward to your con­tin­ued co­op­er­a­tion as we re­turn to nor­mal op­er­a­tions,” Massy Stores said in their lat­est state­ment.

A re­lease is­sued by the com­pa­ny re­ports that sev­er­al Massy Stores Su­per­mar­kets opened their doors to the pub­lic from 7 am, name­ly:

■ Ch­agua­nas ■ Brent­wood ■ Freeport

“We con­tin­ue to work as­sid­u­ous­ly to get the rest of our lo­ca­tions back up and run­ning and we thank our cus­tomers for their loy­al­ty and sup­port at this time.  We will con­tin­ue to up­date you via our so­cial me­dia chan­nels as more stores are re­stored,” the com­pa­ny as­sured in its state­ment.
