The Na­tion­al Car­ni­val Com­mis­sion of Trinidad and To­ba­go is ad­vis­ing the pub­lic of the post­pone­ment of this evening’s Na­tion­al Ex­tem­po Pre­lim­i­nar­ies, which was sched­uled for to­day at Queen’s Hall, St. Ann’s.
