Of­fi­cers ar­riv­ing at the lo­ca­tion in the Heights of Aripo where the de­com­pos­ing body of a woman was found short­ly af­ter mid­day.

Cur­rent­ly at the scene are poli­uce of­fi­cers from the East­ern Di­vi­sion co­or­di­nat­ed by Snr Supt Aguilal un­der the su­per­vi­sion of Supt Khan ASP Joseph, In­sp Cal­len­der, Sgt Harp­er, Sgt Khan of the EDTF, Sgt Nar­ine, Cpl Ram­nar­ine and from the East­ern Spe­cial Op­er­a­tions Team.

Ac­cord­ing to re­ports, around 12:20 pm , a mo­torist was dri­ving his ve­hi­cle along the Heights of Aripo Road when he looked down a precipice and saw a de­com­posed body. He con­tact­ed the po­lice who re­spond­ed im­me­di­ate­ly and found the body which was in an ad­vanced state of de­com­po­si­tion.
