Prime Min­is­ter Row­ley heads to Guyana to par­tic­i­pate in Guyana’s In­ter­na­tion­al En­er­gy Con­fer­ence and Ex­po which will be­gin to­mor­row. 
The Con­fer­ence is sched­uled to be­gin to­mor­row (Tues­day 14th Feb­ru­ary, 2023).

Ac­cord­ing to the Of­fice of the Prime Min­is­ter Dr Row­ley is ex­pect­ed to de­liv­er an ad­dress at the con­fer­ence. 

The Prime Min­is­ter will be ac­com­pa­nied by Min­is­ter Stu­art Young.

On Wednes­day 15th Feb­ru­ary, 2023, Prime Min­is­ter Row­ley will trav­el to The Ba­hamas to at­tend the 44th Reg­u­lar Meet­ing of the Con­fer­ence of Heads of Gov­ern­ment of the Caribbean Com­mu­ni­ty.

The meet­ing will fo­cus on sev­er­al is­sues in­clud­ing the CARI­COM Sin­gle Mar­ket and Econ­o­my, Cli­mate Change, in­clud­ing Cli­mate Fi­nance, Agri­cul­ture and Food Se­cu­ri­ty, Se­cu­ri­ty, and Health.

Sev­er­al for­eign guests in­clud­ing The Right Ho­n­ourable Justin Trudeau, Prime Min­is­ter of Cana­da will al­so be in at­ten­dance.

Min­is­ter Colm Im­bert will act as Prime Min­is­ter un­til Dr Row­ley's re­turn. How­ev­er the Of­fice of the Prime Min­is­ter has not giv­en a date for Dr Row­ley's re­turn.
