The promoter of the Burna Boy concert Twisted Entertainment is assuring fans of Burna Boy that the concert scheduled for Friday 16 December will go ahead as planned.

The statement comes as the promoters have been served with pre action protocol letters from Cash Money Brothers Promotions seeking to have the concert stopped.

They are accusing the other promoters and Burna Boy's agent of conspiring to remove them from the process even though they were the ones who commenced the contractual arrangements with the Nigerian artist and his team to come to Trinidad.

But notwithstanding the claims and threats of legal action, Twisted Entertainment says the O2 Park event will be a super concert.

In a statement they say that "Regrettably false and malicious misinformation has been spread that the concert may be in jeopardy and that Burna Boy may not appear. Nothing is further from the truth."

They say everything is in place for an "amazing concert."

The promoters assure that they have complied with all legal and contractual

requirements.

It has not yet been learnt if Cash Money Brothers have taken the matter to the courts.
