RHON­DOR DOWLAT-ROS­TANT 

Den­nis Pul­chan has been hand­ed his In­stru­ment of Ap­point­ment as Com­mis­sion­er of Pris­ons on Tues­day.

The ap­point­ment was pre­sent­ed to him by the Ser­vice Com­mis­sions De­part­ment dur­ing a brief cer­e­mo­ny.  

Pul­chan has been pro­mot­ed to the rank of Com­mis­sion­er of Pris­ons by the Pub­lic Ser­vice Com­mis­sion, with ef­fect from Sep­tem­ber 1, 2020.

The new­ly con­firmed Com­mis­sion­er has stat­ed that he is ho­n­oured and hum­bled to be con­firmed in the es­teemed po­si­tion and will con­tin­ue to serve the cit­i­zen­ry and  up­hold the man­date of the Trinidad and To­ba­go Prison Ser­vice.
