The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of South West Trinidad, served by the Thicke Village Booster Station that the established supply schedules to some areas were disrupted due to the recently completed repairs to transmission pipeline at the Godineau river.
As a result, the areas listed below will be serviced as follows:
La Brea Trace - 5th November
De Gannes Village - 5th November - 7th November
Quarry Road/Bacanno Hill – 7th November- 10th November
Quarry/Siparia #1 - 10th November - 12th November
Siparia/Old Road - 10th November - 12th November
San Francique - 12th November - 14th November
A limited truck borne service will be available upon request. This can be requested through the following self-service options:
• Use of the mobile WASA Services App which can be downloaded for Android mobile customers from the Play Store or iPhone mobile customers from the Apple store; or
• Use of the Customer Portal available on the Authority’s website: www.wasa.gov.tt. Alternatively, customers requiring direct assistance or further information can contact WASA’s Customer Call Centre toll free at 800-4420/26.
