Deputy Commissioner of Police McDonald Jacob and the Executive of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service has sent condolences to the family and friends of No. 9317 PC Jomo Gulston who died during a shooting incident on November 21st.
He leaves to mourn his common-law wife, mother, father and three brothers. Insp. Taylor of the Duncan Street, IATF Post, where PC Gulston was last attached, noted that ‘Gully’ as he was affectionately called by his colleagues, was a very dedicated, hardworking, honest and intelligent officer, who always had a smile on his face. He said, PC Gulston will be deeply missed.

Deputy Commissioner of Police McDonald Jacob and the Executive of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS), is today sending condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of No. 9317 PC Jomo Gulston, attached to the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF). PC Gulston, 38, died during a shooting incident on Sunday 21st November, 2021.
He leaves to mourn his common-law wife, mother, father and three brothers. PC Gulston enlisted into the service in September 2014. Insp. Taylor of the Duncan Street, IATF Post, where PC Gulston was last attached, noted that ‘Gully’ as he was affectionately called by his colleagues, was a very dedicated, hardworking, honest and intelligent officer, who always had a smile on his face. He said, PC Gulston will be deeply missed.
