The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) says works along the Aripo Road and Eastern Main Road, Arima were completed and the water supply was restored at 8:30 a.m. According to a press release from WASA, this includes permanent rehabilitation of the roadway in the area of the job site.
Customers are reminded that it may take up to 24 hours for the pipeline system to pressurize and for the water supply to normalize to some affected areas. The Authority thanks customers and motorists for their patience and understanding during the period of disruption.
