Parts of North­west Trinidad served by the Four Roads Pump­ing Sta­tion, and cur­rent­ly with­out a pipe-borne wa­ter sup­ply, can ex­pect to have ser­vice re­stored by tonight.

An ad­vi­so­ry from the Wa­ter and Sew­er­age Au­thor­i­ty ex­plains that the sup­ply in­ter­rup­tion is nec­es­sary, in or­der to fa­cil­i­tate pipeline in­ter­con­nec­tion works as­so­ci­at­ed with the on­go­ing Morne Co­co Road Pipeline Project.

WASA notes that the pipeline in­ter­con­nec­tion works should be com­plete by 6:00 pm to­day, Fri­day 25th Sep­tem­ber 2020.

Cus­tomers are ad­vised that fol­low­ing the re­sump­tion of op­er­a­tions, it may take up to 24 hours for the sched­uled pipe borne wa­ter sup­ply to nor­mal­ize to some af­fect­ed ar­eas.

Ar­eas af­fect­ed in­clude:

●  Morne Co­co Road from Four Roads Pump­ing Sta­tion to the West­ern Main Road

●  Good­wood Gar­dens

●  Good­wood Park

●  Broome Street

●  Sar­gan­ga Street
