Parts of Northwest Trinidad served by the Four Roads Pumping Station, and currently without a pipe-borne water supply, can expect to have service restored by tonight.
An advisory from the Water and Sewerage Authority explains that the supply interruption is necessary, in order to facilitate pipeline interconnection works associated with the ongoing Morne Coco Road Pipeline Project.
WASA notes that the pipeline interconnection works should be complete by 6:00 pm today, Friday 25th September 2020.
Customers are advised that following the resumption of operations, it may take up to 24 hours for the scheduled pipe borne water supply to normalize to some affected areas.
Areas affected include:
● Morne Coco Road from Four Roads Pumping Station to the Western Main Road
● Goodwood Gardens
● Goodwood Park
● Broome Street
● Sarganga Street
