En­er­gy Min­is­ter Stu­art Young is act­ing as At­tor­ney Gen­er­al in the ab­sence of At­tor­ney Gen­er­al Regi­nald Ar­mour.

This was an­nounced yes­ter­day by the Of­fice of the At­tor­ney Gen­er­al and Min­istry of Le­gal Af­fairs, which stat­ed that Ar­mour would be out of the coun­try from yes­ter­day (Dec 27).

The state­ment didn't say when Ar­mour will re­turn.

Young will act as AG in ad­di­tion to his du­ties in the En­er­gy Min­istry and as Min­is­ter in the Of­fice of the Prime Min­is­ter.
