YTEPP Limited hopes to put more young entrepreneurs into the business community.
On Friday YTEPP completed its nationwide training programme targeted for budding entrepreneurs at its Chaguanas headquarters.
Christo Cave, head of Entrepreneurial Development at YTEPP said the programme is funded by BPTT to the tune of $400,000 and was spread across both islands.
He said over 75 young entrepreneurs were selected from a field 300 applicants.
He said 10 trainees would be getting $20,000 each in November as seed capital to inject into their businesses.
The training was done by Verdelle Jeffrey, a specialist who assisted the youth in crafting a business plan that took into consideration all the relevant elements that would ensure proper pathways to success.
Cave said once youth get the proper framework for development they can become more successful at what they do.
