RICHARD MAR­I­ANO DE SOUZA al­so known to many of his work bud­dies as “Rook­ie” and fam­i­ly mem­bers as “Rich” passed away on Au­gust 9, 2022 at his home in Riverview Fl. He was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad and spent over half of his life in Tam­pa Fl. He was pre­ced­ed in death by his moth­er Yolande Ali. Richard is sur­vived by his fa­ther Mar­i­ano “Ter­ry” De Souza; his sib­lings Pat, Roger, Paula, Ronald, and Rox­anne; the moth­er of his chil­dren Shirley Ann Bo­cas; his chil­dren Ter­ri-Ann, Shaun, and Tyler; his grand­chil­dren Ariyana, Dy­lan, and Ethan; and his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Richard was a lov­ing, car­ing, hard­work­ing in­di­vid­ual and friend who al­ways brought a smile to any room he walked in­to.
