Massy Motors has opened the first of what is expected to be many retail stores in Maraval.
Jean-Pierre Du Coudray, Massy Motors’ Senior Vice-President at the official launch yesterday said the retail part of the business is “everything automotive.”
“The idea is any car and any problem you have, you can bring it here and if we cannot resolve the problem here we will find a way to get it resolved within the Massy network,” Du Coudray said.
He said Massy Motors hopes to open other footprints under the Massy Motors umbrella, noting that because of the strength of the brand it was only a matter of time before the company got into the retail part of the business.
“We plan to bring a differentiated service to the industry. We plan to do things differently. We have taken a long time to open this business.
“That is because we wanted to make sure we had the right equipment, we had the right staff and right training,” Du Coudray explained.
Additionally, he said the company has sourced state-of-the art equipment from Holland for its Maraval site.
According to Du Coudray Massy Motors has also embraced technology enabling customers to conduct online appointments, receive status updates while vehicles are being serviced, book and order parts online and also facilitate home deliveries.
“And if you want we can pick-up your vehicle from you at home. We have a mobile unit which can come to your home or business to facilitate whatever job that is necessary. So we are very flexible,” Du Coudray explained.
He added Massy Motors not only focuses on customer service but also exceeding customer service as well.
