Members of the Cunupia Police Youth Club joined with community stakeholders, other police youth clubs and even members of the Venezuelan community who now call T&T home, to march against crime on Saturday afternoon.
Spokesman for the Cunupia Police Youth Club Dale Arrindel said the objective was to highlight the heinous crimes that occurred in the community during the last year. He said the call was to "Silence the Violence" and speak out against crime. Young people displayed placards calling on criminals to put down the guns and choose a life of peace.
