Hundreds of people were already lined up at the Southern Academy for Performing Arts (SAPA) before 6 a.m. to register for jobs with Royal Caribbean.
One woman said she camped outside the building from around 8 o'clock last night.
The line stretched along the Rienzi Kirton Highway from the entrance of SAPA to the HDC apartment buildings at Embacadere.
However, the police are present ensuring that there is a smooth flow and people line up in an orderly manner.
There was a similar response by nationals yesterday at the National Academy for the Performing Arts in Port-of-Spain.
As a result, the company indicated that it will return to NAPA on Friday to accommodate those who did not get through yesterday.
