The Trinidad and To­ba­go Elec­tric­i­ty Com­mis­sion (T&TEC) says it has re­sumed ex­tend­ed dai­ly open­ing hours at its Cus­tomer Ser­vice Cen­tre in down­town, Port of Spain.

It is ef­fec­tive Tues­day, April 11. The Nicholas Tow­er Cus­tomer Ser­vice Cen­tre will open for bill pay­ments on­ly from Mon­day to Fri­day, be­tween 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. For oth­er ser­vices, cus­tomers may vis­it T&TEC’s Cus­tomer Ser­vice Cen­tres at Fred­er­ick Street and St. James.

Ad­di­tion­al­ly, both Nicholas Tow­er and the Ch­agua­nas Cus­tomer Ser­vice Cen­tre, Mid Cen­tre Mall, will open on Sat­ur­days from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. for bill pay­ments, ac­count trans­ac­tions, new con­nec­tions and more.
