Pres­i­dent of the In­dus­tri­al, Gen­er­al and San­i­ta­tion Work­ers Union Robert Be­na­cia, and OW­TU's Chief Ed­u­ca­tion and Re­search Of­fi­cer Ozzi War­wick hold up signs pri­or to Fri­day morn­ing's union march through Port-of-Spain. 

The unions, rep­re­sent­ing pub­lic sec­tor work­ers, are protest­ing the Chief Per­son­nel Of­fi­cer Com­man­der Daryl Din­di­al's of­fer of a salary in­crease of 2% over eight years. 

The of­fer was re­ject­ed by sev­er­al unions on Thurs­day. They called the of­fer dis­re­spect­ful and in­suf­fi­cient.
