Chief Elec­tions Of­fi­cer of the Elec­tions and Bound­aries Com­mis­sion (EBC) Fern Nar­cis-Scope says there is no law re­quir­ing peo­ple to wear a mask to vote dur­ing the gen­er­al elec­tion on Au­gust 10.
