Sixteen medium bands will move forward to the National Panorama semifinal on Sunday at Carnival City, Queen’s Park Savannah, Port- of- Spain.
The additional two semifinalists are the result of a three way tie at position 14 between Sangre Grande Cordettes, Trinidad Valley Harps and San City Steel Symphony with 259 points each.
In position one with 270 points was Courts Sound Specialists of Laventille with their rendition of Ah Feeling To Rock, arranged by Seion Gomez.
In at second place was the first of several ties. Katzenjammers and Curepe Scherzando who amassed 269 points.
At the end of the exercise, the breakdown is as follows – one band from the North, five from the East, seven from South/Central and three from Tobago Regions.
