One man was killed on Fri­day night while lim­ing with friends at Long Cir­cu­lar Road, St James, while his friend con­tin­ues to fight for his life at hos­pi­tal.

Tyrell “TJ” Web­ster died around 10 pm on Fri­day, af­ter gun­men opened fire on a group that had been stand­ing on the road at Dun­don­ald Hill, Belle Vue, Long Cir­cu­lar.

Mean­while, his friend Yuri “Di­a­mond” Moses re­mains hos­pi­talised in a crit­i­cal con­di­tion.

Re­ports in­di­cate the men were part of a group that would some­times gath­er to lime on an evening, and that a car with un­known oc­cu­pants slowed down and opened fire on them.

Web­ster died at the scene.
