I take im­mense pride and plea­sure to pub­licly ex­press my heart­felt grat­i­tude to the nurs­es, doc­tors and all the med­ical at­ten­dants of Ward 24 (Dr Fung Kee Fung's unit) at the Port-of-Spain Gen­er­al Hos­pi­tal who were ex­cep­tion­al­ly com­pas­sion­ate, at­ten­tive, car­ing, kind and cour­te­ous to me while be­ing a surgery pa­tient there.
